Enjoyed its friendly efficient and genuinely helpful staff.
Whole place was spotless with magnificent views; absolutely perfect location in upmarket area. I was there for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant with friendly staff. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was exclusive throughout the hotel.

My experience at this luxurious hotel was perfectly pleasant. The setting was quite marvellous and handy within easy reach of Civic Centre. My room was top-class and stylish and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was above average, the check in was early.

Very good location in the centre of Newcastle. Close to the party mile - with the appropriate background noise in the evening. Very friendly staff.

We liked the location of the hotel very much as well as the style of furnishing and the warm welcome.
It was a pity that we could not book breakfast in the hotel due to renovation work. We'll try that on our next visit.
